About the owner Nobuo Minagawa

Nobuo Minagawa, who has had a remarkable artistic sensibility since childhood, started his culinary career at the age of 18. After more than 20 years of being fascinated by the art of Japanese cuisine, he is currently active as a sushi chef and a Japanese chef.

In order to keep the Japanese food culture alive around the world, he continues to introduce and pass on the sensibility he has developed throughout the years to future generations.
